Canon G11 Charger

I’m fairly new to everyone of photography but had recently gotten bored of taking the same kind of, same old pictures of trees and little animals like squirrels etc. One place I seriously enjoyed photographing was actually a small park down the street from my house. I simply liked the basketball court and also the playground, with a wide open field beyond. It brought me to my childhood, I suppose. There’s a large hill above the park which overlooks the playground, basketball court, and baseball field, and so i had done lots of pictures after that.

I was for the park at nighttime at the same time, at times as i had sleep problems (I’m somewhat of a chronic insomniac), but sans camera. There are actually lights there which remain on the whole night and give the park a sort of foggy, eerie ambiance. I’ve thought it would be a great time and place to shoot a brief horror film if I ever put together a great script and had the desire there. I’m sort of kidding there, but that knows?

Thus I had the thought to try night photography. I found myself on holiday at that time, and didn’t escape bed until a brief while after 12 PM, so I might have lots of energy later which, plus insomnia, would make it impossible to go to sleep at any reasonable time. I therefore decided that on that night I would go to the park and try to find some good photos. After eating lunch, I took battery from my Canon Powershot SX30 IS and charged it with Canon G11 charger, an affordable the one which I’d gotten off from Amazon. I didn’t need to have my battery die on me as i was out there. I didn’t have a phone in those days (had to obtain a a different one), so my only source of light is definitely the camera itself, along with the lights in the park (I didn’t possess a flashlight either).

Anyway, after midnight and drinking coffee, I walked right down to the park, camera bag in a hand and tripod from the other. I create on the top of the hill and got to work. The hill was a fantastic vantage point, although not the whole park was illuminated. Through taking photos at night, you need to select long exposure. This permits the camera to grab the faint light. Also, I strongly suggest by using a tripod. Since long exposure essentially captures “time” in a fashion that short exposure would not, if the camera shakes around you will get a great deal of motion blur, even from dim points of light. When you don’t possess a tripod, keep the hands as steady as is possible when utilizing the picture. Furthermore, i used a cable release to produce the camera a lot more steady.

Together with long exposure, Also i tried some short exposure photos, because I had read you could take decent short exposure pictures at night time when you increase the ISO. It dexopky40 be considered a very particular balance because each of the photos I took using short exposure didn’t turn out well, with higher image noise. So, I would personally say select long exposure unless you’re Great. Nothing was moving around on the park, therefore i didn’t have to bother about motion blur.

Overall, the photos proved quite nice. There’s nothing such as the atmosphere of any dimly-lit area at nighttime. I really like the photos so much that I’ve put a couple of them above my desk at work.
